If so, we invite you to join our Crew in Espoo as a full-time Solution Analyst. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting our B2B SaaS solutions, driving efficiency in the aviation industry through the digitalization of aircraft maintenance.
As a Solution Analyst, you will be a member of Continuous Services Team and responsible for maintenance and support services. The team provides support for both new customer engagements and existing customers. As we are currently scaling our business to the next level, you have a great opportunity to influence the internal processes and the ways of working.

Your main tasks will be related to supporting our software solutions, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in areas such as product development, coaching other team-members or internal process improvement, depending on your skills and interests.
Your profile
You bring relevant experience from IT or a strong academic background in business or computer science and are eager to grow as a professional. Experience in the aviation industry is considered a plus, but interest towards the industry is also enough. In this role you need to be able to operate in an international context with customers all around the globe, so good communication skills definitely come in handy. Next to that the capability to communicate technical details to all stakeholders will help you succeed in this role.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Relevant university degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills paired with an analytical and problem-solving approach.
- Experience working with SQL for analysis and troubleshooting.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with your colleagues.
- Experience in a Technical Support role, focusing on customer communication and the resolving technical issues.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Ambition to continuously grow as a professional.
- Customer-focused mindset, with the flexibility to adapt and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
