- Estimating, prioritising, planning, and coordinating testing activities
- Designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using open-source tools
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs
- Driving the adoption of quality-first practices across teams
Your profile
You bring at least 4 years of experience in software quality assurance and are ready for your next challenge. You’re confident improving processes, introducing tools, and advocating for better ways of working. You enjoy collaborating closely with developers and have a structured, hands-on approach to testing.
What we’re looking for:
- A relevant educational background (e.g. Computer Science or similar)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Experience with documenting, executing, and analysing various testing types
- Proven track record in:
- Test management & regression testing
- Integration testing (e.g. REST APIs)
- UI and performance testing
- System-level and end-to-end testing
- Testing modern web applications across desktop and mobile
Familiarity with tools such as:
- Python
- Robot Framework
- Selenium with Gherkin
- Azure DevOps
- Postman
Bonus points for:
- Experience with TypeScript or Cypress
- A UX-driven or load-testing mindset
Why us?
At QOCO, quality assurance plays a key role in how we build and deliver our products. You’ll be joining a close, international team where your input is appreciated, your work makes a real difference, and there’s room to grow and develop.
Here’s what you can expect:
- A fast-paced role with plenty of responsibility and freedom
- The opportunity to shape how QA is done in a growing aviation tech company
- A culture of collaboration with experienced and friendly colleagues
- Flexible working hours and the option for fully remote work
- A supportive team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement
If you’re ready to build smarter, faster, and more reliable software with us, we’d love to hear from you!
