As Head of Marketing, your primary mission is to build and lead a dynamic, data-driven marketing function that directly drives growth through our proven land-and-expand strategy. You will design and execute targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives aimed at cultivating and strengthening relationships with the world’s leading aviation brands, significantly expanding our influence within key accounts. Additionally, you'll elevate our digital presence to ensure that QOCO remains the preferred partner and top-of-mind choice for both current and potential global customers

YOUR ROLE
- Account-Based Marketing Leadership: Develop and own an ABM approach focused on 20-30 strategic target accounts, closely aligned with our sales pipeline and commercial strategy.
- Data-Driven Execution: Leverage analytics, the latest AI tools, and HubSpot to build efficient, scalable marketing programs.
- SEO and Digital Optimization: Drive continuous SEO improvement and explore innovative ways to optimize QOCO’s discoverability in search engines and emerging Large Language Model (LLM)-powered platforms.
- Collaborative Commercial Partner: Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and market positioning.
- Content and Thought Leadership: Shape QOCO’s voice and messaging to position us as a thought leader in the aviation tech space.
- Metrics-Driven Growth: Define KPIs and measure marketing impact across the entire funnel, from awareness to conversion.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in B2B industrial marketing or other complex B2B sectors.
- Deep understanding of Account-Based Marketing and pipeline-driven marketing strategy.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot.
- Strong SEO knowledge and practical experience.
- Curiosity and openness to explore AI tools and modern martech.
- Strategic mindset with a bias for execution.
