Your profile
As the Quality Management & Information Security Lead, you will play a critical role in maintaining and evolving the QOCO Management System, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and embedding a culture of security, quality, and continuous improvement across the organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain our ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified QMS, ensuring ongoing compliance with security and quality standards.
- Coordinate audits, risk assessments, and security incident management processes.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and technical controls to safeguard sensitive aviation data.
- Drive a culture of quality, security, and compliance, providing training and awareness programs across the organization.
- Define and monitor security and quality objectives, tracking progress and driving continuous improvements.
- Assess and mitigate data privacy risks, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and maintaining customer data privacy statements.
- Enhance risk management by adding threat management processes and refining cryptographic control policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Quality Management and/or information security management (ISO 9001, ISO 27001).
- Strong knowledge of risk management, audit processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and engage stakeholders at all levels..
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify gaps and implement practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to drive awareness, training, and policy enforcement.
- Experience working with aviation, software development, or highly regulated industries is a plus
