Your profile
We are currently seeking a
Senior Enterprise Client Director who is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. This full-time role involves managing a team of customer success managers and overseeing key global accounts, ensuring their success and driving QOCO’s growth globally. In this role you will report directly to the C'levels within QOCO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term client success.
- Leading an account team, consisting of various customer success managers.
- Maintain frequent contact with assigned accounts, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for all client needs.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and manage the entire sales process from initiation to closing.
- Manage escalations effectively, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any customer issues promptly and satisfactorily.
- Meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets, ensuring both personal and team success.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities with large enterprises and driving business growth.
- Proven experience in leading teams of customer success managers and working with global enterprise accounts.
- Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with large enterprise customers, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
- Proven ability in managing enterprise sales targets and quotas.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing enterprise sales plans that deliver results.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, providing guidance to customer success managers and other team members.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and strategic leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with C-level stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, preferably within the SaaS or aviation industry.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field.
