Your profile
The Account Executive role encompasses all core aspects of sales within Europe and the Middle East region. The chosen candidate will quickly become an essential part of our team, working hard to improve QOCO’s market position, maintain our continued financial growth, and ensure that our current relationships with our valued clients are always supported and enhanced.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the Europe and Middle East region
- Deeply understand our valued customers needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements
- Report on sales metrics and forecast to senior management
Our Ideal Candidate has/is:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Business Developer or in a similar role within the SaaS or aviation industry
- Excellent knowledge of modern sales approaches and strategies
- Proper understanding of aircraft maintenance processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive “can-do” attitude and the ability to “make things happen”
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or aviation industry
- Proficiency in Hubspot and Microsoft Office Suite
- Located in Finland or Europe
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
